currently represents 65 national and regional chains in the Greater Houston area such as JC Penney, JPMorgan Chase
Bank, Nordstrom, LA Fitness, Bed Bath & Beyond, buy buy Baby, Ace Hardware, Famous Footwear, EyeMasters, Starbucks, Golfsmith, JoAnn’s, DSW Shoes, Casual Male and Studio Movie Grill. The office also represents over 3MM SF of third party leasing assignments.
Stukalin is a veteran in the commercial real estate industry and a recognized top production leader in Houston. Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Stukalin was President of The Weitzman Group’s Houston office. He was the company’s all time top Houston
producer as well as the company’s top producer statewide several years running.
Stukalin is active in professional organizations, including the Houston Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He has also been an active participant with Habitat for Humanity and Heroes for Children.
Stukalin graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree.
