February 27th, 2008 - by Steve Brown | Dallas Morning News
The developers of the Frisco Square complex in downtown Frisco said Wednesday that they have broken ground on a two-story office and retail building.  The 7,000 square-foot building will house a new Starbucks coffee shop on the ground floor.  Construction is scheduled for completion this fall.   Ross Golman and Chris Thomas with The Retail Connection negotiated the lease.  The building is on the southwest corner of Main Street and Coleman Boulevard, just east of the Dallas North Tollway.  The new building will include a large outdoor dining space.  Scott & Reid General Contractors is building the project.  The 147-acre Frisco Square is planned to ultimately include up to 4.4 million square feet of office space, shops apartments, townhomes and municipal buildings.
