November 23, 2007 - by Andrea Ahles | Star Telegram. Four new restaurants will join Dave & Buster's in the next phase of the Arlington
Highlands, developers said. Houlihan's, Bone Daddy's, Red Robin and Boudreaux's Cajun Kitchen Will open next fall in Arlington Highlands East. The Retail Connection, the Dallas-based developer, said it will break ground on the new phase on the east side of the existing shopping center at 11 a.m. Tuesday. "We really worked hard to bring in new restaurant concepts that are not currently in Arlington or in some cases in Tarrant County," said Daniel Fuller, an executive with the developer. "We are truly bringing the newest concepts to town."
The new 170,OOO-square-foot  phase will include a seven- story hotel and a Splitsville, a dressed-up bowling alley and restaurant concept from Florida.
Among the restaurants added to the project:
• Houlihan's,a casual dining restaurant concept based in Kansas. It has one location in Dallas.
• Bone Daddy's House of Smoke features barbecue and attractive waitresses. It has two Metroplex locations in Dallas and Grapevine.
• Red Robin is a sit-down hamburger franchise geared toward families. It has five North Texas locations, including in Hurst and Grapevine.
• Boudreaux's Cajun Kitchen started as a Cajun seafood restaurant in the Galleria area in Houston. The company has recently begun expanding in Texas and has plans to open a restaurant in Richardson in May.
