The Retail Connection’s Houston office lands big leasing assignment

Houston, Texas – March 24th, 2009 – The Houston office of The Retail Connection L.P. stated today that they have entered into a strategic alliance with Global Realty & Management TX, Inc. to assist in the leasing of Global's Houston Portfolio, which consists of fourteen shopping centers totaling over 1.5 million square feet. Notable properties include the 300,000 square-foot HEB-anchored Westgate Marketplace, the 90,000 square-foot Kroger-anchored Forestwood, and the 150,000 square-foot 24 Hour Fitness-anchored Copperfield Crossing.
