Asset Management
 
Our asset managment services include qualifying tenants, monitoring and adjusting the tenant mix, negotiating new leases, renewals and expansions, monitoring tenant collections [which includes directing legal proceedings when needed] and working directly with the property manager to address and resolve tenant issues.
 
The Retail Connection's asset managers are responsible for the financial reporting and supervision for each property, which includes communication with the ownership as well as implementation of owner's financing and refinancing objectives, financial analysis and review of the property financial reports and monitoring overall operating expenses to ensure that the property is maintained at a first-class level and at costs that are reasonable in the current marketplace.

Construction Management
 
The Retail Connection’s Construction Management team specializes in maintaining the highest standards of quality uniquely suited to any shopping center or retailer. We have over 50 years of diverse construction and retail real estate development, re-development and renovation experience. We assume an owner’s mentality and take responsibility for the direction and implementation of the entire construction process.

Marketing Management & Services

The Retail Connection provides cost-effective third-party marketing services and the oversight of shopping center marketing for shopping centers of all types and sizes. 

An analysis is taken of the shopping center trade area and tenants, along with its demographic and psychographic data. A custom strategic plan is developed and implemented by talented shopping center professionals with no less than 20 years’ experience in shopping center marketing and branding.
